Nadia qualified from the British School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. She is a well established, professional and passionate osteopath and has built up an enviable reputation over the last 18 years.
Nadia offers personalized care and is passionate about helping her patients understand their body. She offers a holistic approach to osteopathy, principles of which are based on the human body functioning as a unit and having the ability to self heal. Nadia uses hands-on, manual therapy, medical acupuncture (dry needling) and cranial osteopathy which she uses to treat many conditions. She also has a keen interest in headaches, migraine and TMJ along with treating other conditions. Nadia also provides lifestyle and exercise advice alongside osteopathic treatment. She treats teenagers and older children, but not babies.

Dr Sandler trained at The British School of Osteopathy and graduated with the DO in 1975.
He has been involved in teaching at an undergraduate and postgraduate level for more than 45 years having gained his PhD in 2006.
His experience includes teaching in more than 22 countries and frequent invitations to be an external examiner to schools all around the world.
Dr Sandler founded the Expectant Mothers clinic at the school in 1980, lectured and published books and videos on the subject ever since.
In addition to pregnancy, he sees adults and children for general musculoskeletal problems including pelvic pain and coccyx pain.
